DIVINE PHOTO PROJECT
photographer | toronto

This series of work is produced by a Toronto-based documentary photographer whose work centres on gender, identity, and community within the city’s queer landscape. Through intimate portraiture and storytelling, she captures the beauty and complexity of queer life, amplifying underrepresented voices.

Born and raised in Toronto, her practice is deeply influenced by the city’s multiculturalism and vibrant identities. Her acclaimed project, Divine Photo Project, explores the triumphs and challenges of queer individuals, fostering solidarity and deeper understanding. Her internationally exhibited work merges artistry with activism, challenging societal norms while inviting dialogue around visibility and acceptance.
Central to her process is the creation of safe, collaborative spaces - built through trust, conversation, and shared authorship; resulting in images that feel both authentic and empowering.

Beyond her photography, she is committed to uplifting queer artists and cultivating spaces for creative expression. Her work serves as a living archive of Toronto’s evolving queer experience, celebrating resilience, diversity, and the power of representation.
